How does participation as a team work?

It's very simple: You register as a group of three with your team name.

The first team member swims, team member two cycles, and team member three runs. The support duties for the active team member can be divided among the other two as you see fit.

 

But you also have to cross the finish line as a whole team.

How does it work? From the CP-Silberkarklamm (17.4 km before the finish line), a second team member must accompany the runner. And from the CP-Walcher Alm (4.5 km before the finish line), the third team member also joins the race.

Only teams of three who cross the finish line at the Dachstein will be counted.

 

As mentioned, teamwork, mutual support and shared experiences are a central part of the Austria eXtreme Triathlon.
