How does participation as a team work?

It's very simple: three of you register with your team name.

The first team member swims, team member two cycles, and team member three runs. You can divide the time the other two will support the active team member as you see fit.

 

But you also have to cross the finish line as a whole team .

How does this work? Starting at the Silberkarklamm campsite (17.4 km from the finish line on the running course), a second team member must accompany the runner. And starting at the Walcher Alm campsite (4.5 km from the finish line), the third team member also comes into play.

Only teams of three crossing the finish line at Dachstein will be counted.

 

As mentioned, teamwork, mutual support and shared experiences are a central part of the Austria eXtreme Triathlon.
