What are teams?
A team name will be created by you and will accompany you from the moment you register!
The first team member swims 3.8 km, team member two bikes 186.6 km, team member three runs 43.6 km and one team member accompanies the entire race as a supporter with the car. From the Silberkarklamm (on the running route 17 km before the finish) one or two team members must run and from the Glösalm (4.5 km before the finish) one or two team members must also run. Only teams that bring all three athletes to the finish at the valley station of the Dachstein with their own muscle power are counted!

Wie definiert sich ein Team? Ein Teamname wir von euch kreiert und begleitet euch ab eurer Anmeldung. Das erste Teammitglied schwimmt 3.8 Km, Teammitglied zwei fährt 186,6 Km mit dem Rad, Teammitglied drei läuft 43,6 Km. Ab der Silberkarklamm (auf der Laufstrecke 17 km vor dem Ziel) muss Teammitglied eins oder zwei mitlaufen und ab der Glösalm (4,5 km vor dem Ziel) zusätzlich Teammitglied eins oder zwei. Gewertet werden nur Teams die alle drei Athleten aus eigener Muskelkraft ins Ziel!
